Apulia Film Fund is a regional fund that aims to support the production phase of audiovisual works. Apulia’s mission is to promote and draw productions to the region to develop and promote the expertise throughout the region. Since 2007 the film commission has funded more than 300 productions, in cooperation with the region of Puglia, with over €16 million. The fund stipulates that in order for a production to receive finance it has to plan at least 25% of shooting days in the region of Apulia to develop and promote the region. The fund accepts rolling applications and has no deadlines.
